Susan Bealmear is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Real Estate Analyst at Berkadia since June 2018, Susan has previously worked as an Analyst at Love Funding from November 2015 to February 2018. Early in their career, Susan held the position of Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco from 1993 to 2000 and managed administration for store planning and construction at Federated Department Stores from 1988 to 1993. Susan began professional endeavors in public relations at The Limited from 1985 to 1988. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and has further education from Birkbeck, University of London.
