Edmund Aramayo is a Real Estate Analyst at Berkadia since May 2021, specializing in raising debt and equity for institutional quality assets across the South East US, along with underwriting deals and conducting market analyses. Prior experience includes an Investment Intern role at Parkway Properties, where Edmund created a report on market trends in sunbelt regions and analyzed distressed assets for acquisition. As an Associate at Avison Young, responsibilities involved representing clients in commercial space leasing, developing data tools for brokers, and leading a comprehensive lease audit. Additionally, Edmund served as President of the Real Estate Society at the University of Florida, managing a 100-member organization and facilitating industry engagement. Edmund holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, both from the University of Florida.
