Alexander Stahr is a Senior LIHTC Financial Analyst at Berkadia since November 2021, specializing in research, analysis, and financial modeling for Broker’s Opinion of Value (BOV) related to Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. Prior to this role, Alexander served as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Portfolio Manager II at M&T Bank, managing an $850MM LIHTC portfolio. Alexander's experience also includes positions at Citi, where responsibilities involved monitoring market risk exposures, and a professional intern role at NetPlus Alliance focusing on marketing data analysis. Early career began at GEICO as a Claims Adjuster. Alexander holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University at Buffalo and dual BA degrees in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies from SUNY Fredonia, along with an MS in Criminal Justice from Buffalo State University.
