Andy O'Shea has a strong background in the fragrance industry. Andy started their career at Arcade Marketing as an Account Executive in 1997. In 1999, they joined CPL Aromas where they worked as a Sales Manager until 2001. At Drom Fragrances, Andy held multiple roles including Vice President and Vice President of Consumer Products North America from 2001 to 2015. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Vice President of Fragrances at Berje Inc since 2015.

Andy O'Shea attended NESCOT Surrey UK from 1990 to 1993, where they pursued a Bsc degree in Organic Chemistry.
