Rajesh Pantsachiv currently serves as General Manager at BERICAP India Pvt. Ltd. since April 2016, focusing on driving sustainable and profitable growth in diverse segments while enhancing the BERICAP brand through innovative strategies and high-quality execution. Previously, Rajesh held the position of Market Manager for the Pharmaceutical segment in the Asia Pacific region at Avery Dennison from April 2010 to March 2016, where significant marketing efforts were directed towards China, India, ASEAN, and South Korea. Prior to this role, Rajesh was Vice President of Marketing at Bilcare Limited, contributing to the development of sales and marketing strategies that consistently achieved yearly growth from December 1997 to March 2010. Rajesh began their career as a Sales Representative at Asian Paints from 1990 to 1995. Rajesh completed an MBA in Marketing at Savitribai Phule Pune University and holds a B.Com in Commerce, Accounting, and Auditing from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce.
