Luis Eduardo Mahecha Varela is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational management with a strong background in talent acquisition and employee welfare. Currently serving as Jefe de Atracci贸n y Bienestar at Berhlan Colombia since September 2023, Luis is responsible for managing attraction and well-being processes at strategic, tactical, and operational levels. Prior to this role, Luis held the position of Jefe de Gesti贸n Humana y Administraci贸n at Bpack S.A.S. and served as Jefe de Gesti贸n Humana at Contactamos Equipos. Additionally, Luis coordinated administrative and human talent functions at Cl铆nica De Otorrinolaringolog铆a Cirug铆a Pl谩stica from February 2016 to July 2021. Luis holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, earned between February 2010 and December 2015.
