Zheyuan (Daryl) Zhong, PE, is an accomplished Design Engineer specialized in structural bridge design, currently employed at Bergmann since February 2020. In this role, Zheyuan has developed calculation sheets, models, and drawings for highway bridge rehabilitation and reconstruction projects, prepared substructure studies for railway bridges, conducted load rating tasks for standard bridge structures in Michigan, and created a highway bridge geometry calculation app utilizing Python scripts. Prior experience includes internships at Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Inc. and Northwest Consultants, Inc., focusing on load ratings and detail plans for bridges and culverts. Zheyuan holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering from Chang'an University.
