Dawn Holtrop is an accomplished architecture professional with extensive experience in project management and architectural design. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Bergmann since May 2021, Dawn has previously held notable positions such as Senior Project Architect at TowerPinkster and Architect at Integrated Design Solutions. As the Owner of DMH Architecture, a sole proprietor firm, Dawn specialized in both commercial and residential projects. With expertise in LEED standards, Dawn contributed as a strategic advisor and LEED reviewer at Catalyst-Partners. Earlier career highlights include managing projects for The Genesis Building Company and serving as an Architect/Project Manager at Progressive AE. Dawn holds a BS in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan, supplemented by initial studies at Grand Valley State University.
