John B. has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as a Captain at the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office since October 2019 and previously holding the title of Deputy Chief. Prior to this role, John served as a Lieutenant at the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office from June 2004 to October 2019, supervising detectives in supporting police departments. John began a career in law enforcement as a Police Officer at the Fairview Police Department from January 1994 to June 2004. Earlier experience includes working as an Investigator for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, conducting background investigations from July 1989 to December 1994. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Seton Hall University, which was obtained between 1985 and 1989, and is a graduate of Cliffside Park High School.
