Michael Perricone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Since January 2007, Michael has served as the Director of Restaurants at Bergdorf Goodman, overseeing operations for up to four distinct dining environments and serving over 250,000 guests annually while collaborating on seasonal menu development. Prior to this role, Michael was the Regional Restaurant Manager at Neiman Marcus from March 1990 to January 2007, where responsibilities included managing the San Francisco location and providing regional support across various locations. Michael holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business/Commerce from Diablo Valley College and furthered studies at San Francisco State University.
