Sandra L. is an HR Advisor at WestJet, having joined the company in September 2023 after holding the role of Coordinator, HR Business Partnering. Previously, Sandra worked at Rogers Communications from May 2022 to September 2023 as an HR Coordinator for Rogers Sports & Media and as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. With experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary, Sandra has taught courses on Ethical Leadership and Organizational Behaviour. Additional roles include HR Technology & Analytics Intern and Campus Ambassador at BlackBerry, and Talent Acquisition Co-op Student at TC Energy. Sandra earned a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources from the Haskayne School of Business between 2017 and 2022.
