Martin H Persson has extensive experience in engineering and design within the propulsion industry. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Berg Propulsion since 2020, Martin oversees Mechanical and Hydraulic Design. Prior to this role, Martin was a Design Team Lead at Caterpillar Inc. from May 2014, where responsibilities included leading the design team for azimuth and transverse thrusters. Martin also held positions as a Senior Design Engineer and Design Engineer at Berg Propulsion from May 2009 to May 2014, focusing on tunnel and azimuth thruster design. Martin holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lunds Tekniska Högskola, obtained between 2003 and 2009.
