Mariam Houti has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Mariam started their career in 2011 with a maintenance internship at Gpc Carton. In 2012, they interned at Lesaffre, where they worked on a project related to the storage and loading of a specific product. In 2014, Mariam completed a production internship at Triumph International. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Business Analyst for an undisclosed company. In 2018, Mariam joined Berexia as a Senior Business Analyst, and later took on roles as an IT Project Manager and a Scrum Master, with the latter position starting in September 2021.

Mariam Houti completed their education at various institutions. From 2015 to 2021, they attended Ecole Nationale des Sciences Appliquées - Kénitra and obtained a Doctorate in Industrial Engineering and Logistics with a focus on Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and Lean ERP. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Science and Technology in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Quality and Production, at Faculté des Sciences et Techniques de Fès. Before their master's degree, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology in Industrial Engineering from the same institution between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, Mariam Houti holds certifications from Scrum Alliance. In December 2022, they became a Certified Scrum Master, and in May 2022, they completed the Scrum Foundations course offered by Scrum Alliance.
