Heru Wibowo is a Server Storage Engineer at PT Berca Hardayaperkasa since April 2022, specializing in the installation and maintenance of storage systems, servers, and SAN switches, as well as the integration of storage environments. Previously, Heru served as a Help Desk Support Specialist at PT Astra Graphia Tbk from April 2012 to March 2022, providing information systems support. Earlier experience includes roles as a Sales Representative at Gramedia and a Marketing Specialist at Citi. Heru holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Universitas Pamulang, completed in March 2015.
