Jonathan Hirst has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as Head of Project Delivery at beqom since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Delivery Lead at beqom from September 2017 to November 2022.

Before joining beqom, Jonathan worked as a Senior Project Manager at Satsuma Loans from November 2014 to September 2017. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Provident Financial from January 2009 to November 2014.

Their earlier roles at Saint-Gobain include IT Project Manager from January 2006 to December 2008, QA Analyst from July 2005 to January 2006, Senior Support Analyst from November 2002 to July 2005, and IT Helpdesk Analyst from September 2001 to November 2002.

From 2002 to 2004, Jonathan Hirst attended The University of Huddersfield where they pursued a degree in Computing. Jonathan successfully completed their studies and obtained a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in this field.
