Jaishankar Babu is an experienced professional in ground operations and aviation management with a current role as Manager Ground Operations Network at beOnd since October 2023, overseeing operations across seven countries and managing service contracts. Previously, Jaishankar held the position of Head of Airside Operations at Swissport, leading a team of over 400 staff to ensure compliance and performance in Muscat, Oman. With a solid background at Sharjah Aviation Services, including roles as Operations Manager and Senior Aircraft Ground Dispatcher, Jaishankar managed significant teams and ensured ISAGO compliance. Early career experience includes positions in load control and customer service with Bhadra International India Pvt. Ltd. and JP Aviation. Jaishankar holds an MBA in Airport and Airline Management from Jaipur National University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from the University of Madras.
