Jake Runyan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human capital management and entrepreneurship. As the CEO of Magellan HCM since January 2003, Jake has led initiatives focused on enhancing workforce management. In addition, as Co-Founder and Chairman of Beny since March 2020, Jake oversees a marketplace dedicated to improving lifestyle benefits to aid in talent recruitment and retention. From April 2009 to September 2012, Jake served as CEO and Founder of iFusion Prospex, an online forms application that integrated marketing automation CRM, culminating in a successful company exit in 2012. Jake holds an MBA in Business from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business and a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University.
