Dragana Jocić, PhD, currently serves as the Human Resources Director for PHOENIX Group Serbia and HR Director for BENU Apoteka, overseeing HR functions across multiple retail markets in Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia since 2014. In addition to corporate roles, Dragana Jocić contributes to academia as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, focusing on various subjects within the medical sciences. Previous positions include associate expert and teaching assistant roles at the University of Belgrade, along with extensive experience as a responsible pharmacist in community pharmacy. Dragana Jocić holds a PhD in Medical Sciences, a Specialist of Pharmacy, and degrees in Psychology and Coaching and Psychotherapy, showcasing a diverse educational background in healthcare and human resources.
