Tracy Martineau, SPHR, brings extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Benton County since March 2010. Prior to this role, Tracy held the position of Human Resources Director at the Oregon Employment Department from February 2008 to March 2010. Tracy also worked as a Human Resource Manager at the University of Oregon Foundation and Oregon Housing and Community Services between 2007 and 2007. Early career experience includes serving as the Classified Human Resource Director for Chico Unified School District and as a Human Resources Representative for Health Plan of the Redwoods. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
