Suhnoon Adam has a diverse range of work experience in the chemical and beauty industries. Suhnoon started their career as a Research Scientist at Richardson-Vicks in 1978 and worked there until 1986. Suhnoon then joined Zotos International, Inc. as a Senior R&D Chemist from 1985 to 1989. Later, they worked at Clairol as a Manager of Product Development from 1989 to 1994. From 1994 to 2000, Suhnoon worked at Revlon as the Director of the Professional Division. In 2000, they held the role of Director of Technical & Regulatory Services at both The Collaborative Group and Collaborative Laboratories, Inc. Suhnoon then joined Bentley Laboratories, LLC in 2002, where they held various roles including Deputy Chief Technology Officer from 2002 to 2017, Vice President of Technical Services from 2002 to 2008, Vice President of Technical Services from 2006 to 2011, and ultimately Chief Technology Officer since 2011. In 2017, they made a transition to CORE INNOVATIONS.

Suhnoon Adam attended New York Medical College from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) with a specialization in Epidemiology.
