Amin Abedi's work experience includes being a Lead Software Developer at Bentley Systems since March 2023, as well as previously working as a Software Developer at the same company from August 2022 to March 2023. Prior to this, they were a Grad student & Research Assistant at the University of Calgary from August 2020 to August 2022. Amin also worked as a DevOps/MLOps Engineer at Intelius AI from July 2021 to December 2021. Before that, Amin was a Software Engineer Team Lead at Adivery from February 2020 to September 2020. Amin'searliest role was as the Chief Technology Officer at Pheebs from January 2014 to February 2020.

Amin Abedi holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Calgary, which was completed from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Sharif University of Technology, graduating between 2014 and 2019. Additionally, Amin received the Golden medal of national olympiad in informatics from Iran's National Elites Foundation in 2012.
