Amir Abaskanov currently serves as an IT Client Services - Help Desk Consultant at Bentley University, providing technical support to clients and managing support tickets on ServiceNow. Previous roles include Resident Assistant, overseeing a diverse community of undergraduate students and implementing inclusive programs. Amir has also gained experience as an SAP Developer with Adler Consulting GmbH and as Vice President of Technology for Alpha Kappa Psi - Psi Lambda Chapter. As a Software Engineering Intern at Kodif, Amir developed a PostgreSQL database and contributed to machine learning projects, significantly enhancing data processing efficiency. Amir is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems at Bentley University and has participated in an exchange program at Yonsei University.
