Justin Carpenter has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Graduate Engineer at AECOM in 2006. Justin then worked as a Graduate Student at Southwest Research Institute in 2007 and 2008. Justin joined Forum Energy Technologies in 2009 as an Offshore Geotechnical Engineer before moving to Benthic in 2011 for the same role. In 2012, they joined Shell and held positions as an Offshore Geotechnical Engineer and later as a Crude Operations Analyst. Justin returned to Benthic in 2018 as a Commercial Manager and is currently serving as the Sales & Business Development Director.
Justin Carpenter received a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Prairie View A&M University in the years 2004 to 2006. Justin then pursued a Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin from 2007 to 2009. Later, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business between 2016 and 2018.
