Ilja Isbrecht has extensive experience in strategic management and project coordination, currently serving as Group Strategy Manager at BENTELER Group since February 2018, where previous roles included Project Manager for Strategic Projects and Management Board Assistant. Prior to this, Ilja held an internship at Porsche in 2017 and worked as a Scientific Research Assistant at Heinz Nixdorf Institut HNI from April 2013 to March 2017. In addition, Ilja gained practical experience at Lufthansa Technik as a student intern and at Laboratorium für Werkstoff- und Fügetechnik LWF as a Student Assistant. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen with a focus on Maschinenbau from Paderborn University, completed between 2010 and 2017.
