Allyson Pegues is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of People at Benson Hill since February 2020, having previously held roles as Senior Director of HR Business Partner and Director of Human Resources Business Partner within the same company. Prior to joining Benson Hill, Pegues worked at Edward Jones from July 2016 to February 2020 as a Human Resources Business Partner focused on Field Leadership and Talent Management. Pegues also has a background in learning and development as Vice President at Rabo AgriFinance from June 2011 to June 2016, along with experience in leadership development at BJC HealthCare and HR generalist roles at Solae, LLC. Educational qualifications include a Masterā€™s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Bachelorā€™s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Fontbonne University.
