Katie McCluskey Ed.d. (Katherine)

Katie (Katherine) McCluskey, Ed.D., serves as the Superintendent of Bensenville Elementary School District 2 since July 2022, bringing extensive experience in educational leadership. Prior roles include Assistant Superintendent for Teaching, Learning and Accountability and Director of ESL, Foreign Language & Bilingual Programs at Glen Ellyn School District 41 from July 2010 to July 2022. McCluskey also held the position of Director of ESL & Bilingual Programming for both Glenbard District 87 and Glen Ellyn District 41 and was the District ESL/Bilingual Instructional Specialist K-12 at Plainfield School District 202. Starting as an ESL/Bilingual Teacher at Morton High School District 201, McCluskey's educational background includes a Doctorate in Educational Administration and Supervision from Aurora University, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Governors State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University.
