Kelly Williams is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of People at Bennie since April 2024. Prior to this role, Kelly held the position of Director of People Operations at Go Fish Digital, where responsibilities included establishing an HR department, overseeing talent acquisition, and improving employee engagement. Previous experience includes serving as Employee Experience Manager at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Corporate Human Resources Manager at Summit Stairs and Millwork, LLC. Kelly began a career at Chick-fil-A, advancing through roles from Team Leader to Director. Educational qualifications include a Business Administration Degree from Wake Technical Community College and a coding program at UNC-Chapel Hill Boot Camps.
