Roderick Thomas possesses extensive experience in logistics and operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Logistical Operations at Bennett International Group since December 2018. In this role, Roderick focuses on establishing priorities based on supply and demand to optimize inventory utilization and enhance customer satisfaction. Previous positions include General Manager and Assistant General Manager, where Roderick ensured compliance with contract metrics and oversaw operational activities in a customer-centric warehouse environment. Prior experience includes roles as Contract Manager and Operations Manager at Reliable Management Solutions, along with positions in production supervision at Solo Cup Company and GENCO, A FedEx Company, where Roderick significantly improved efficiency and productivity. Roderick holds a degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, obtained between 1999 and 2004.
