Philip Hagenfeldt is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer service and system management. As a Co-Founder at Intelly Solutions since May 2023, Philip has also held significant roles at Benify since February 2019, including Commercial System Lead and Operations System Lead, focusing on strategic development and operational efficiency. Previously, Philip served as Head of Customer Service at Benify and held the position of Customer Service Manager at MatHem.se, where responsibilities included strategic planning and KPI management. With experience as a Quality Manager at mySafety Försäkringar AB and a Gruppchef at 3 Sverige, Philip has demonstrated strong leadership in customer support and process improvement. Philip holds a Gymnasieexamen in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Technology from Arlandagymnasiet and additional education from Josefina skolan.
