Dale Smile has worked in various roles within the employee benefits and pensions industry. From 2014 to 2016, Dale worked at Mercer, focusing on employee benefits and pensions. In 2016, Dale joined Benefex as a Client Engagement Consultant and then moved on to become an Enterprise Engagement Consultant in 2017. From 2018 to 2019, Dale worked as a Client Manager at Benefex. In 2019, Dale joined Benify as a Sales Consultant and was later promoted to Business Development Director in 2022.
