Joseph Farrell is an experienced educator currently serving as an Empower Program Teacher and Inclusion Specialist at Benicia Unified School District since July 2016. Additionally, Joseph Farrell has been an Adjunct Professor at Touro University California since January 2020. Prior to these roles, Joseph Farrell worked as a Special Education Coordinator at Caliber Schools from June 2014 to July 2016. Joseph Farrell holds a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching, as well as an Administrative Services Credential, both obtained from National University.
