Anna Suzuka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and advertising sales. Currently serving as Team Leader - Property Manager at the Japan Desk for Benham & Reeves since July 2021, Anna specializes in managing residential properties for Japanese corporate tenants, effectively addressing property issues and enhancing rental value through strategic upgrades. Prior to this role, Anna was Group Leader in Advertising Sales at Infinity Communications Co., Ltd., where a successful track record in promoting Japan as a tourist destination was established, working with diverse clients including government officials and major companies in various industries. Anna's career began at Toyo University as Operations Staff, contributing to the creation of an engaging English-speaking community. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in International and Intercultural Communication from Toyo University and has studied at Northern Arizona University.
