Dennis Vessman has over 20 years of diverse experience in the fields of career counseling, coaching, and IT consultancy. Currently serving as Arbetsmarknadssekreterare and Verksamhetsutvecklare at Bengtsfors kommun since September 2016, Dennis also works as a Föreläsare/Coach at Optimal Hälsa i Dalsland, focusing on mental health and workplace wellness. Previous roles include Arbetsförmedlare at Arbetsförmedlingen, where support was primarily provided to young adults and individuals with disabilities, and Livscoach at Samordningsförbundet Norra Dalsland, assisting individuals in overcoming psychological barriers to employment. Earlier in the career, Dennis worked as a Jobbcoach at Communicare and an IT-konsult at ÅF. Education includes ongoing studies in policing at Malmö University and various leadership and coaching certifications.
