Ryan Adams has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ryan has worked as Director of Impact Programs & Partnerships at Benevity since 2021. Prior to that, they served as Director of Corporate Citizenship at RBC from 2020 to 2021, where they focused on creating positive social impact. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as Director of Strategic Partnerships at RBC Ventures, collaborating with industry leading organizations to co-create solutions. Before that, they were the Chief Impact Officer at Qwalify, a technology company disrupting the recruitment industry, from 2016 to 2018. Ryan also held positions at Free The Children, McKinsey & Company, Arkansas Children's Hospital, William J. Clinton Foundation, McLean Budden, and Lewa Wildlife Conservancy.

Ryan Adams has a Master's in Public Administration and Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service. Ryan also has a Bachelor's in English Literature from Queen's University. Ryan attended Upper Canada College, but their degree and field of study are unknown.
