April Vande Beek has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University. Currently, April is the Senior Manager, People Experience at Benevity, where April leads efforts focusing on employee engagement through internal communications, events, impact, DEI, facilities, and culture. Prior to this, April held various roles at Basecamp Climbing as a Floor Supervisor and at CPP Investment Board as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. April also worked at Old Mutual Wealth as a Production Executive.
