Takaho Miki's work experience begins in 1990 when they joined the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ as an Officer. Takaho worked their way up to Senior Manager and Joint General Manager before leaving the company in 2006.
From 2006 to 2009, Miki worked at Benesse Corporation as the General Manager of Strategy Planning and Deputy General Manager of Finance.
Takaho then joined Benesse Holdings, Inc. in 2009 as the General Manager of Corporate Strategy and Global Social Innovation, holding the position until 2013.
Miki then moved to Berlitz Corporation in 2014, where they served as CFO and Senior Vice President until 2015. Takaho returned to Berlitz Corporation in 2016, this time as the CFO, Executive Vice President, and the Director of the Board.
In 2019, Miki began working at Benesse Holdings, Inc. again, this time as the CEO Disciplinary and Executive Officer. Takaho held various roles within the company until 2022, including CEO of Benesse Art Site Naoshima and Director of the Berlitz Office.
Finally, in 2022, Miki joined Benesse Corporation as the Corporate Senior Vice President and Deputy President of the Classroom Education Company. Takaho was later promoted to Corporate Senior Vice President and Deputy Managing Director of Global Business Development.
Takaho Miki earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Keio University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, studying from 1993 to 1995.
