Previously, Lamont held roles such as SVP of Risk Strategies at Hylant and Founder & President of Risk Matters, LLC, demonstrating a commitment to addressing complex risk scenarios. Lamont's leadership experience also includes serving on the Board of Directors for The Toledo Zoo and Vice President at Brooks Insurance Agency.
