Becky-Jo Melone has extensive experience in benefits administration and account management, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Beneration since October 2022, where responsibilities also include Senior Account Manager and Account Management Team Manager roles. Prior to this, Becky-Jo spent over 17 years at Gallagher Benefit Services, holding the position of Senior Benefits Administration Specialist/Team Leader from May 2005 to October 2022. Early in the career, Becky-Jo worked as a Medical Transcriptionist at Deborah Heart and Lung Center from January 2002 to April 2004.
