John Giles is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of IT at Benenden Hospital since August 2018, John previously held multiple positions at AXA PPP Healthcare, including Offshore Partner Relationship Manager and Deputy Head of IT Operations. Earlier in their career, John worked at AXA UK as an Application Support Manager and at PRIVATE PATIENTS PLAN LIMITED as a Development Manager. John began their career in IT at Tangent Computer Services and Lucas CAV, and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University.
