Joanne Buckley has been working at Benenden Health since July 2014, starting as the Operational Support Team Manager for Complaints & Quality Assurance. Prior to this, Joanne held the position of Contact Centre Service Delivery Manager at the same company. Before joining Benenden Health, Joanne worked at DHL Express UK from January 2000 to December 2012, where Joanne held the position of Head of Customer Service Support.
