Leslie Yingling Bennett has over 30 years of professional experience in the communications industry. Leslie began their career in 1986 as Sales Support at Cigna, and then moved on to Employee Communications Services as Director of Communications Consulting in 1990. In 1999, they became Solutions Consultant at Workscape, and then moved to Fidelity Investments in 2004 as Director of Strategic Communications Consulting. In 2005, they established their own business, Amherst Consulting, as Owner and Principal Consultant. Leslie returned to Fidelity Investments in 2010 as Client Product and Sales Support, Director of Cybersecurity Engagement and Awareness, and Strategic Writer. In 2021, they joined BenefitScape as Vice President of Engagement and Awareness.

Leslie Yingling Bennett attended Dickinson College from 1981 to 1985, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Theater Arts.
