Kim Phillips has over 27 years of experience in the regulatory technology sector, currently serving as President and CEO of BENEFITSCAPE ACA_regtech since January 2006. In this role, Kim manages a diverse client base exceeding 500 across various industries, including education, government, hospitals, and non-profits, delivering flexible and cost-effective solutions for ACA compliance and reporting. Previously, Kim held the position of Client Services Manager at Workscape from 1995 to 2006, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to client service excellence. Kim also actively represents BenefitScape at numerous industry conferences each year.
