Rich Averett is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and application management. Currently serving as a Senior Architect at Credera since March 2022, Rich has held various leadership roles in technology, including Senior Manager of Application Development and Technical Manager at BenefitMall since December 2013, and Manager of Media Distribution at DG from January 2010 to December 2013. Rich's earlier career includes positions as Technical Team Lead at Form Automation Solutions from January 2005 to January 2010 and Senior Software Engineer at Securus Technologies from 2002 to 2005. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Ambassador University, earned between 1993 and 1996.
