Amer Mansour has an extensive work experience in project management. Amer joined BenefitMall in 2020 as the Director of Enterprise Project Management Office. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director Project Management at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from 2007 to 2020. In 2006, they worked as a Project Manager at Idearc Media, and from 2001 to 2006, they were a Project Manager at Bank of America.

Amer Mansour has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General from The University of Texas at Dallas. Amer also has additional certifications, including Certified SAFeĀ® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021, Professional Scrum Masterā„¢ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2016, and Project Management Professional (PMP)Ā® from the Project Management Institute in 2005. Amer obtained another Certified SAFeĀ® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021.
