Mike Frick possesses over a decade of experience in finance and operational management across multiple firms. Currently serving as COO of Private Debt at Benefit Street Partners since January 2017, Mike oversees a substantial ~$13 billion Private Debt credit strategy, managing loan trade settlements and financing relationships, while also handling portfolio analytics and cash deployment forecasts. Previously, Mike worked at State Street as a Bank Loan Specialist, where responsibilities included oversight of syndicated bank loans and trade processing for extensive portfolios. Earlier roles at EquipNet encompassed finance associate and intern positions, focusing on invoicing, reconciliations, and general accounting tasks. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Stonehill College.
