Michael Theodorakis is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in information technology and data analytics. Currently, Michael serves as a Business Analyst at Benefit Software since November 2020. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an Information Technology Analyst at DIRO MADOUVALOS BROS S.A from November 2019 to December 2020 and as a Business and Modelling Analyst at Ulysses Systems from November 2016 to July 2018. Michael holds a Master's degree in New Technologies in Shipping and Transport-Information Systems & Management from the University of West Attica (2020-2021) and another Master's degree in Advanced Informatics and Computing Systems, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics from the University of Piraeus (2017-2019). Additionally, Michael completed the Certified Systemic Analyst Professional-CSAP Program at the University of Piraeus-HSSS (2017-2019) and earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Piraeus (2012-2016).
