Antoinette Fleming is an experienced professional with a diverse background in healthcare and education. Currently serving as a Recovery Specialist at Benefit Recovery since July 2022, Antoinette specializes in insurance verification and reviewing explanations of benefits. Previous roles include Patient Affairs Coordinator at Houston Methodist, where responsibilities encompassed facilitating communication among patients, medical staff, and third parties, as well as handling insurance verification and patient services. Antoinette's experience also includes positions as an Administrative Assistant at Dean's Professional Services, Inc., substitute teaching roles at Spring ISD and KIPP Houston Public Schools, and tutoring at Humble ISD.
