Melanie Bowens is a Senior Manager of Visual and Store Design Operations at Benefit Cosmetics, a position held since March 2017. In this role, Melanie leads vendor evaluation processes, cultivates positive relationships with stakeholders, and manages team deliverables and timelines. Additional responsibilities include overseeing budget processes, implementing process improvements for operational efficiency, and ensuring brand consistency in collaboration with the Brand Marketing team.
