Jenny Harrington has a strong background in marketing and product management. Jenny started their career at Benefit Cosmetics in 2011, working their way up from a Marketing Assistant to a Product Manager. During their time at Benefit Cosmetics, they successfully developed and executed brand and product launch strategies and managed new product launches across multiple retail locations. In 2016, they joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Senior Product Manager, where they were responsible for managing the color and fragrance strategy for Clinique, the UK's No. 1 Premium Beauty Brand. After a year at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., they moved to Sarah Chapman Skinesis as a Global Marketing Manager, where they later became the Senior Head of Global Marketing.
