Deja R. is an experienced project manager currently employed at Benefactor Group since June 2021. Prior to this role, Deja held positions including Learning Extension Center Lead at RTNI, where responsibilities included coordinating tutoring sessions for students in grades K-8, and Development and Communications Intern at Junior Achievement of Central Ohio. Deja's previous experience also includes roles as a Homework Help Center Associate at Columbus Metropolitan Library, Diversity Ambassador Captain at The Ohio State University, and Style Advisor at Justice. Deja earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Community Leadership from The Ohio State University in 2021, following a Diploma of Distinction with a specialization in Science from Columbus Alternative High School in 2017.
